Following its acquisition by Barcoding, Inc. in April 2017, VMS has gained over 200 new customers and increased its staff by over 6 percent. In addition, the company increased its fourth quarter revenue by over 65 percent, proving to be the company’s highest revenue grossing quarter since 2013.
Founded in 1993, VMS makes data mobile by providing a wide range of mobile equipment such as ruggedized handheld computers, printers, scanners, warehouse Wi-Fi infrastructure and more. Additionally, VMS offers complete high-quality life cycle management services. Though VMS provides these solutions and services across many industries, there was one area in particular that saw the fruits of Barcoding’s expertise this past year— the ability to collaboratively discuss RFID needs with current and prospective clients.
